Description
Automatic Desiccant Insertion Machine
Auto Desiccant Insertion Machine Introduction
During operation, desiccants are poured into a vibrating feeder hopper. By appropriately adjusting the frequency of the vibrating feeder, the piled desiccants within the hopper are transformed into a continuous stream of desiccants that move along the spiral direction of the vibrating pan and are delivered to the platform at the exit. A photoelectric sensor dynamically scans the desiccants to input signals into the PLC. The desiccants fall into the container. After completing the packaging of a container, a dual-cylinder bottle-changing mechanism switches the filled container to the next process.

Workflow
Load desiccant→ vibro scrambler→sensor to detect→drop desiccants→send signal to next container→another cycle starts
Feature
With an independent multi-material door structure, when bagging and bottling are carried out at the same time, the material door separates each bag of material, and multi-level cache is used during bottling without interference.
This realizes the pre-dropping function and improves the bagging speed.
