What kind of defective capsules can be detected by this optical vision inspecting
Top concavity, half cut, concave, breakage, foreign matter, black spot, hair, different color, deflated shell, fork split, split, inserted wrongly, length abnormality (long body, short body, long cap, short cap, long capsule, short capsule) Staining, the presence or absence of printing, different specifications, double capsules, empty capsules.
How does the auto vision capsule inspecting work
Filled capsules, loaded into the feed hopper on the inspection machine; through the capsule dropping mechanism to release the vertical row of capsules one by one, and put the capsules down horizontally, into the capsule rotating mechanism.
The capsule rotates itself while moves forwarder to the optical inspection section. In the optical inspection section, there are multiple reflective mirrors to detect capsules.
The passing-by capsule will push the last rows of capsule out of the inspection area. The defective capsules are rejected into a container and the qualified capsules discharged to next process.
